Where are you? I thought the northern hemisphere was sweltering or under water!

Hardly sweltering, definitely warmer than usual…
Now winter has arrived though! Cold AND snowy. Yeah!

We have had no snow so far, which, as a lover of Winter, is very annoying! 🙂
I said to my wife in Autumn “This is your last chance. We’ve had hardly any snow in three years. If there is none this year -we are moving north!”
Well now it is January, we have had nothing but rain and floods so far. I keep pointing out the Scottish Highlands on the weather map. She keeps pointing out divorce lawyers.

Hmm, that’s a tough one. I think I’ll stay well clear. Lapland has had plenty of snow, it’s just the south that has been too warm. That seems to have changed, we’ve had a nice sprinkling overnight 😉

I’m the same – it was warmer on Christmas Day in London than July in Stockholm – I was gutted! Back to Stockholm next week for some proper winter – I can’t wait!

It’s been uber winter here this last week. -25 and above, although it does make for some great pictures 🙂

How wonderful to be in the midst of the white stuff. My memories of the xmas new year in snow are so special to me! Happy New Year.

Happy New Year to you too! We’ve had a decent dump over the last couple of days so I’ll be sharing more white stuff. It really is magical 🙂

It’s been an interesting winter – warm, cold, snow, rain. You name it … right now snow and sunshine, feels just like spring!
